A
Little Bit About Us!
|
Speedway Fire Rescue (SFR) has approximately 50
volunteer members as of January 1, 2010. Our training consists
of the following: extrication tools and procedures, hands-on
extinguisher training, mass-casualty scenarios, race car safety
equipment familiarization and air and ground transport
procedures and other duties related to motor sports safety. We currently
work 7 different dirt tracks every weekend from April through
October, assist Cordova Dragway and Cedar Falls at specials and work the Quad City
Airshow. Check out our Schedule of Events or Track Links
for more information. We even have a cadet program for the
youth to become volunteer members in our future. For more
information, please contact our Cadet Leader at
